My experience so far


Hi friends,
Let me share my experience so far with ittina developers. I am having a flat in D block and i am happily staying there with my family. We faced problems as there
was some issue with the approval initially. after the approval everything has gone smoothly with the help of customer care team(Amrita) i was able to take my flat. the loss what i have gone through i was able to get through pre emi adjustment and i have no regret in investing in property like this. Looking forward for few amenities to take a proper shape. I feel it a huge family staying together,seems like a small township within the city limit. In evening it is so beautiful when we meet together in group chat and share our cooking recipes or talk about some movie you think when group of women joins together we have to think about topics?

Thanks Ittina for giving us this wonderful stay for our lifetime!!!!

Ittina Mahavir showing drastic improvements



Hello Friends,
I just want to share my experience about Ittina Mahaveer. Yes, I am one of the early bird waiting for my flat in I block for nearly 5 years. One very important thing that I felt and
happening recently is greater commitment and work improvement from Ittina, which many of you might have noticed at the site. I have finally registered my flat yesterday and will be moving in shortly once the remaining work are complete. If you were one waiting like me, I would recommend you to come forward and get your flat. I would also like to take a moment to thank Shamim & the team, who has been driving the work progress excellently and giving me the confidence.

I am customer of B block Mahavira. I have seen the advertisement in Times of India for that and instantly I liked it. Not only it has a very good location but the price was reasonable too.


I came in touch with Shiju from marketing and the the formalities for booking went off smoothly.
As I had nothing to do with loan, so process was very fast and convenient. Shiju was very good at his marketing skill and never made me feel insecure about my investment. I had faced little problem with the registration. They were not able to fix a date for my registration and I was getting frustrated.
At this time I was introduced with Amritha from customer care who had taken the responsibility of my registration and after that everything went off well.


I have taken possession of my flat and I am really happy with my apartment and the services provided to me. I felt my investment is one the best investment of mine.

My name is Anupam and staying at Ittina Mahaveer and my flat number is A-306.I have purchased my flat in Ittina Mahaveer in 2009.It is first flat and when some of my relative came and saw the project they
were so happy that also invested in three flats(A-305,A-507,K-612).In ittina Mahaveer.

I am very happy and satisfied with my investment and the kind of response and service that I got from Ittina customer care.I would like to thank Amrita and Shamim for their immediate assistance.

My name is Venkat kumar and I am working as Vice president in an MNC(GMR Group) in bangalore.
I have invested in Ittina Veeru Apartments.

I like this group because this group believes in the ideologyof its founder member. Ittina Mahabaleswarappa whose motto was providing affordable homes to the needy. I have seen they are following this principle in true spirits even after his demise wish all the best for its continuance.

I was introduced to the group few years back by Neha, Utham and Amrita who were very courteous and caring.

I brought a flat in Ittina Akkala, read my story..

I had booked my flat in Ittina Akkala around Sept 2006. I took possession in 2008. I was quiet happy with the project, even there was a delay in the delivery and some other problems with my flat. However
I am quiet happy now because it is a very good community here. Since I am moving out of the city soon it is unfortunate that I have to sell it off.

The price I brought it at was 42 lac including carpark and registration. Unfortunately everyone I have showed my flat too is not convinced about the builder’s reputation even though the flat is ready. Easily now the value of the flat is around 65-70 lac, but I am getting only 50 lac offers. There are many good projects down the road and hence the value of the road has increased.

When I asked many agents why they quote so less they say its because of reviews on the internet. This has made me very upset since I was expecting a good price for my apartment. Please if you know anyone who wants to buy it even at 60 lac value, pls send me a message. Project is on Whitefield road less than 1 km away from ITPl.
